Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges will be displayed at checkout when available. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, payment, and contact information.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, stock problems, delivery restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submitting payment. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard U.S. shipping for the Rechargeable Precision Nose Hair Trimmer is free. The current product-specific delivery estimate is around 8 calendar days from order placement, including normal processing and transit.
Other products may have different delivery estimates displayed on their product pages or at checkout. Where no product-specific estimate is shown, orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery is normally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch.
ModoEase works with different suppliers. Products from the same order may be shipped separately, arrive on different dates, and have separate tracking details.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier operations, customs, severe weather, public holidays, destination restrictions, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ModoEase will provide an appropriate resolution and cover the reasonable authorized return cost.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Do not return a product without receiving return authorization and instructions from us.
