Do I need to connect a phone?
No. Phone pairing is optional. Connect via Bluetooth when you want to play your own audio; use the music button to adjust volume.
Will I hear the massage mechanism?
Yes. The air-pressure mechanism makes sound while operating. The experience includes both the massage sensation and operating sound, even when you are not playing Bluetooth audio.
What if I prefer less pressure or no vibration?
Adjust the strap so it feels comfortable rather than tight. The intensity button adjusts massage intensity, and several modes do not use vibration. Fit and pressure sensation vary with face shape.
How long is a session, and can I stop early?
The massager switches off automatically after approximately 15 minutes. You can stop earlier by pressing and holding the power button. Choose a comfortable fit and follow the supplied instructions.
Who should check before using it?
This product is designed for comfort and relaxation. If you recently had eye surgery or have an eye condition such as retinal disorders, cataracts or glaucoma, ask a qualified clinician whether it is suitable for you.
